The Story, Our Vision
Developing in our stomping grounds with dreams to see a community come to life, this mission of building Lowell Heights will bring fifty new homes to one of Washington's untouched gems, Everett. The project, located in Everett, Washington overlooks open fields with welcoming views of the Snohomish river and its' neighboring mountain ranges.
Greencity Group runs and oversees the production of every project through our sister brand, Greencity Development, which is a general contractor located in Everett, Washington. To this day we are blessed to say Greencity Development has built 360 living units covering 483,936 SQFT of new homes.
Greencity Group's vision is to bring the Lowell Heights project to life and to connect with new investors who wish to be a part of this new community development.
