The Story
A small group of private investors, business owners, and friends are coming together to make the Burke 38 project a reality. This reality will bring 38 units of quality community living to the lovely city of Kenmore, Washington.
Greencity Group runs and oversees the production of every project through our sister brand Greencity Development, which is a general contractor located in Everett, Washington. To this day, we are blessed to say Greencity Development has built 360 living units covering 483,936 SQFT of new homes.
We are proud to bring the Burke 38 project into existence, and are excited to connect with new investors who wish to be a part of this opportunity.
