Greencity Homes is our consumer-facing brand responsible for acquiring land, designing communities, and selling our completed projects.
Our home brand is built upon three pillars: an oasis experience, a community feel, and functional design.

GREENCITY EXCAVATION
Greencity Excavation is our excavation company located in Washington State and is responsible for the land preparation work for all of Greencity Group’s projects.
With our excavation branch, we strive to build a culture that supports the continuous improvement of the efficiency of our excavation services, which further benefits our workers, general contractors, and clients.
At Greencity Excavation, we believe that blessed people yield more significant projects.
GREENCITY DEVELOPMENT
Greencity Development is our general contracting firm responsible for building our projects and is currently operating in two markets: Washington, and South Carolina.
As with our excavation branch, our goal is to cultivate an environment that will encourage the continuous growth and improvement of our construction process, which will further benefit our workers, partners, and clients.
